Welton Falls
Height: 30 feet
Direction:
take NH 3A north of Bristol Center. Once reach the Newfound lake, turn left on west Shore Road, and follow the sign to Wellington State Park.
once you see a folk, keep left to Fowler River Road, take a left on brook Road with sign to AMC cardigan Lodge,
turn right on shem valley road( need good tires on this dirt road, I got flat tire on this road)
take a while to find the AMC lodge.
Access:
Get trail map at the AMC lodge. 40 mins of easy side of Moderate hiking.
Comments:
Feel quiet and peaceful! People jumpin to the water fall pool from cliff. You can swim there, but the water is cold.
